It was D-Day in Normandy when Michel BENIACAR, age 6, was arrested with his parents in southern France at Ille-sur-Têt (Pyrénées-Orientales). Their deportation took place on June 30, 1944, on convoy 76. Before the German invasion they had lived in Paris at 75 Boulevard de Grenelle (15th arr.).
